Diane Keaton is known for her Hollywood roles and for being a serial Real estate flipper.
This week Diane surprised the real estate world and bought a new, move in ready home in Pacific Palisades for $5.75 million. Is this a sign that she is done buying and renovating grand Hollywood homes?

Diane isn’t saying if she is still interested in flipping homes, however with two teenagers, perhaps she is looking to focus on family more while they are still at home. Diane was recently quoted in AARP magazine as saying that she is looking for a new challenge.
Diane’s work restoring luxury Hollywood homes has eared her a spot as an Architectural Digest mainstay; her homes have been featured for not just the way she renovated them, but also as they have been re-sold to other celebrities.
The home is reported to be 7,800-square-foot, with 6-bedroom and, 9-bathrooms on three levels according to the LA Times. This includes an entertainment space, a movie theater, private gym and a large climate controlled wine cellar. It also features indoor /outdoor living, with a pool and spa as well as outdoor kitchen.
California real estate market will be watching closely to see if Ms. Keaton begins shopping for real estate again any time soon.
