Marketing Maven Public relations, a PR firm located in Los Angeles, has just been given the #18 spot in the top 20 Largest Women-Owned Businesses. The list is compiled out of businesses in the North West Region of Los Angeles.
Rankings were made by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal in it’s April 2012 issue. The journal makes their selections from some 70,000 businesses and a workforce of over 700,000.
Other titles that the firm has earned include:
– #23 ranking on the San Fernando Valley Business Journals’ Largest Advertising
– #9 ranking in the Pacific Coast Business Times under Largest PR and Marketing Firms
– one of the Top Ten Public Relations and Marketing Firms in the Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties area
Marketing Maven Public Relations was founded in 2009 by Lindsey Carnett. Her firm also achieved the #25 position as the Largest Women-Owned Business based on it’s revenue in 2011.
In order to be considered for consideration in the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, a company has to employ at least five people, of which at least 51 percent of those employees have to be women.
